The Start-up Accelerators team is dedicated to nurturing the spirit of building start-ups from the ground up and guiding them through strategic development. Our team specializes in assisting innovators and aspiring entrepreneurs in establishing their ventures and bringing their ideas to life. We also help entrepreneurs identify investors and funding opportunities through programs like Pitch-A-Thon. Additionally, we educate our aspirants about the risks involved in starting a business and support them in navigating the daily challenges that entrepreneurs face.

TECH-E

Tech-E, established in 2023, integrates technological innovations into startups and businesses. It focuses on areas like web development, app development, AI, machine learning, and blockchain. Tech-E also develops and maintains tech applications for E-Cell, ensuring easy access to information. Additionally, the team conducts workshops to spread knowledge on utilizing these advancements effectively.

EVENTS AND WORKSHOPS

Our events team focuses on designing and conducting informative and engaging events for E-Cell. We explore various ideas and prospects that inspire innovative minds, encouraging participation and skill development in different aspects of entrepreneurship. These events enrich participants' business acumen while fostering creativity through experiential learning, providing both educational and entertaining experiences.

PROMOTIONS AND PUBLIC RELATIONS

Our promotions team helps promote various events and programs being hosted by E-Cell. We specialize in growing our reputation through various outreach programs that help teach the knowledge of entrepreneurship and E-Cell’s activities in budding minds. Our team of promoters devises multiple strategies to be used to spread the word about our programs and find ways to turn our audience into active community members.

OPCON

Our Operations & Content (OpCon) Team is the backbone of every successful E-Cell event, ensuring that everything runs seamlessly behind the scenes. We work closely with the logistics team to manage guest travel ,stay, and hospitality, making sure they have a smooth and comfortable experience. Alongside this, we handle all the permissions for mics, stages, venue allotments and necessary equipments, ensuring everything is tested and set up perfectly before the event begins. Whether it’s troubleshooting last-minute challenges or fine-tuning the details, we make sure every event unfolds effortlessly, creating a professional and well-organized experience for everyone involved.

MARKETING

Our marketing team primarily focuses on expanding our portfolio through sponsorships and collaborations. This cluster markets ideas and events hosted by E-Cell using various strategies to provide extensive exposure to investors and prospects. From developing MOUs to facilitating deliverables for our sponsors, our marketing team plans and executes these activities through active communication and outreach.

MERCHANDISE AND LOGISTICS

From T-shirts and ID tags to posters and banners, the merchandise team has provided a range of assets essential for conducting and promoting events. To ensure quality and proper assessment, we select the right contractors for manufacturing our merchandise and focus on distributing these items to members of our institution. With the recent merger of the hospitality team, this cluster also facilitates the comfort of our guests attending events, ensuring smooth general event management.

E-STUDIO

Established in the early days of E-Cell, SASTRA, eStudio began as the official media cluster, involved in nearly every creative content process within E-Cell. It provides students with opportunities to showcase their talents and work collaboratively on media-focused projects. With sub-clusters in content writing, graphic designing, social media marketing, videography & photography, filmmaking, and video editing, eStudio encourages creativity without limits. Our work spans a wide range of media, from captivating visuals to engaging digital content, offering enriching experiences for both members and audiences.

ARTZ-E

Art is an expression of what the naked eye perceives, and our Artz team works to enhance and showcase creativity through various forms of artwork. From paintings to craftwork, the Artz-E team covers every aspect, helping E-Cell spread awareness through visual representation. You can witness some of their work around campus, especially during our flagship events.
